4.39am 08-06-09

is another night i can't sleep again. Again n again ,aiks make me ><
Sleeping time is so important ppl . don't same as me , sleep at 5 or 7 am den wake up at 2 or 3pm, this is so crazy . is unormal =( I really wan to change back my sleeping time .Last time at subang i was like this too , but i change bck when i went to aussie study , but after i came bck here my insomia coming bck to me again .WTF !!!!!!!!

By definition, insomnia is "difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both" and it may be due to inadequate quality or quantity of sleep. So this is the secrets to a goodnight's sleep ( From google )
Let seeee~~

  • Listen to white noise or relaxation CDs. ( i do but why stil the same...... )
  • Avoid before-bed snacks, particularly grains and sugars ( i hate snacks , sorries )
  • Sleep in complete darkness or as close as possible ( of cause who on the light sleep,stupid )
  • No TV right before bed. ( i can't live without movie )
  • Wear socks to bed ( malaysia summer all the time.so hot , no way !!! )
  • Read something spiritual or religious ( comic ok bo ?)
  • Avoid using loud alarm clocks. ( i hate alarm clocks )
  • Get to bed as early as possible ( if can i will )
  • Check your bedroom for electro-magnetic fields (EMFs). ( den my hp n laotop ??? )
  • Keep the temperature in the bedroom no higher than 70 degrees F ( i wan winter better )
  • Eat a high-protein snack several hours before bed ( sorries on diet )
  • Also eat a small piece of fruit ( i love fruit )
  • Reduce or avoid as many drugs as possible ( No to drugs , sorries )
  • Avoid alcohol ( but i love alcohol , sometime i feel alcohol can make me fall asleep faster =] )
  • Lose weight. ( erm... i though fat ppl sleep more )

P/s- that why i get insomia. Inilah sebabny!!!! i will try my best IF I CAN =)
